Ashley Cain has opened up on how he's been coping since the tragic death of his daughter Azaylia.
The 30 year old and his partner Safiyya Vorajee, 33, tragically lost their baby girl in late April following a battle with leukaemia.
Taking to his Instagram stories, the heartbroken father, whose baby girl's funeral is taking place next Friday 21 May, explained he feels "so sad" by it all and has been in "constant pain".
Writing over a black background, he told his 1.9million followers: "Me and Safiyya have been doing our very best to stay strong. But it's impossible at times.
"We've just had to search through all of our pictures and videos to chose which ones to play on Azaylia's day.
"It has left us crushed at the reality what has happened. I live at the moment with a constant pain in my head, aching in my chest and anxiousness in my belly."
Ashley, who recently announced he plans to set up a charity under Azaylia's name with the £1.6million donated towards her treatment, continued: "The world seems grey through my eyes. The only colour I see is an orange sky when we're blessed enough to have it."
"A laugh isn't a laugh, a smile is not a smile and my life is just not the same. It never will be again. I try my hardest to get up and run, bike and occupy my mind. But I am just sad. So sad," he wrote.
He added: "I miss you so much Azaylia," followed by a broken heart emoji.
Ashley and Safiyya announced their daughter's funeral details in an Instagram post, where they explained the family would be attending a private service next Friday.

However, they will also have a procession through Nuneaton in Warwickshire for all who want to come and pay their respects.
They explained: "We have been in correspondence with Warwickshire Police, to understand how we can give people who would like to pay their respects, the chance to do so.
"Due to current restrictions the family will be attending a private service of celebration of Azaylia’s life, but prior to the Azaylia’s service we will be giving Azaylia her last journey through Nuneaton town."
The pair continued: "The route the cortege will be taking is along: Croft Road – CV10 7DP (small car park by Tesco’s if required) Into Queens Road – CV11 5LD Roanne Ring Way – (Parking in Town Centre, Abbey Street CV11 5NE) Right into Coton Road (Parking in Riversley Park CV11 5TY) And left into Avenue Road (parking at Pingles Leisure CV11 4TX)".
The grieving parents then asked for people to make the day a joyous occasion as they said: "As truly difficult as the day will be, we are going to give it our all to keep Azaylia’s day an uplifting day of remembrance for her life and encourage anyone attending to show their love by clapping and making joyous noise of celebration as the cortege goes by!
"We would love to make her final journey a special one as she watches from heaven. LETS GO CHAMP!" with a red heart emoji.
