Becca Kufrin Shut Down a Slut-Shaming Instagram Troll

Things Becca Kufrin is here for: Music festivals. Silly IG videos. Her relationship with Thomas Jacobs (which is still going strong as hell, tyvm).

Things Becca Kufrin is decidedly *not* here for: Trolls. Slut-shaming. Letting slut-shaming from trolls go unchecked.

The former Bachelorette and recent Bachelor in Paradise alum took to Instagram on Saturday to share a look at her happiness with Thomas (or “Tommy,” as she adorably calls him). Becca shared a gallery of pics and videos of her and Thomas having a grand ol’ time at the Blended Festival in San Diego. Take a second to swipe though because the collection is cute and very worthy of a few seconds of your screen time:

“Should I start following him on the gram yet or what?” Becca captioned the post. The pictures and videos were adorable. The caption was just the right balance of cheeky and cute. Overall, it was an inoffensive, good vibes only addition to the Instagram-verse—definitely not the kind of post that seems worthy of any hate or any response that doesn’t include a sincere use of an emoji that includes a heart.

But trolls don’t need to be provoked to troll, and someone took it upon themselves to go for blood in the comment section. “The reason so many dudes don’t fully commit to @bkoof is because she freely gives it up to every guy [crying laughing emoji],” the user, who we’ll refer to as Trolly McTroll, wrote, according to Us Weekly.

Becca, having none of it, clapped back, replying simply, “Lol. How is your relationship going?”

Thomas and Becca connected over the summer on BiP, but broke up in the finale because Becca felt like they hadn’t had time to fully get to know each other on the beach. After filming wrapped, however,

“We had a great time together and I would say it was smooth sailing for those weeks that we spent on the beach together, which was incredible to start a relationship, but for me, to leave a third time with somebody I really had to know who I would be leaving with,” Becca explained this week on the Talking It Out With Bachelor Nation podcast. “I was like, I see this positive fun-loving, supportive great guy, but to make a relationship, there’s going to be hard times and I wanted to see how he would get through adversity or handle any hiccup in the road, and I didn’t get to see that on my time really in Paradise.”

Becca and Thomas have been going strong since they reconnected after Paradise and, earlier this month, she formally apologized to him on Instagram for “breaking up with [him] on national television.” You know, normal couple things.
