Davinia Taylor could crush you with her abs as she shows off impressive moves
Actress Davinia Taylor has just rejigged the gym in her home and it’s clear she’s been reaping the rewards of a hardcore training regime.
The former Hollyoaks actress has a set of abs (we lost count at 10) that could crush not only a watermelon but your very soul with a glance.
We’re not sure the biology behind that, but would you question a set of ripped abs like that? Didn’t think so.
The star, 41, was showing off as she larked about on a punching bag, making us all sign up for that F45 Eight Week Challenge or whatever it is your fit mate is egging you on to do.
‘No kids this weekend so hanging around in the gym …redesigning it and utilising the equipment in new ways,’ she said, as we were hypnotised by her way of working up a sweat.
In a series of shots, the actress who played Jude Cunningham in the Channel 4 soap from 1996 until 1998, and then again in 2016, donned a black bikini (not our workout attire of choice, but we also don’t look like that) as she held onto the bag.
And, we kid you not, proceeded to wrap her legs around it, hoist herself up off the ground and do sit ups.
With, and this is where it gets super crazy, a giant grin on her face.
She’s evidently got a core that is stable as all hell, as even Love Island’s Caroline Flack exclaimed on Instagram at the snaps: ‘Wow.’
We’re right with you there, Cazza.
Other fans were suitably floored, as one said with the internet equivalent of a mouth agape: ‘That’s just defying gravity.’
Another felt it was a nice shot of encouragement to try their own on the punching bag, as they wrote: ‘Making me get off my a*se right now. You look phenomenal!’
To make us feel a little less alone in our own feelings, one more fan wrote: ‘Just wow! Core strength is off the scale.’
Davinia has often been open about her fitness journey, admitting it got her out of a ‘really dark hole’ when she previously suffered post-natal depression.

Sharing a snap last August, she shared an insight into her refreshed outlook on health and wellbeing.
