Mama June Draining Her Bank Account Amid Drug Issue

In a special episode of ‘From Not to Hot’, June’s daughter Pumpkin Shannon visits her mother in Alabama after her March arrest and reveals that her bank account is rapidly getting low.

AceShowbiz -Mama June’s financial issue was revealed in “Mama June: From Not to Hot” special titled “Road to Intervention” which aired last Friday, May 24. The episode was filmed seven weeks after the reality TV star, whose real name is June Shannon, was arrested for possession of crack cocaine in March.

In the special, cast and crew of the reality show as well as family members sat down to talk about June’s issues ever since she met her boyfriend Geno Doak. Most of them were concerned about June, who has shown changes in her behavior leading to her arrest, including changing all the locks in her house so family members have no access, which seemed to be controlled by her beau Geno.

June’s daughter Pumpkin Shannon later visited her mother at the Alabama casino she and boyfriend Geno Doak had been living in since . Pumpkin told her mom that she had been monitoring her bank account and it was rapidly getting low.

At one point, June seemed to realize her issues and asked about her family. But when the show’s producer told her on the phone that everyone missed her, June hung up the phone. June also walked away when her family staged an intervention at her sister’s house, as previously revealed in a preview video of the episode.

June said in a confessional, “I hate my f***king self. I want to f***ing kill the person that I am now.” She went on admitting, “I’ve lost who I am. I’ve lost who I was about. I’m hating who I am right now.”

The 39-year-old reality TV star, however, is still living together with her boyfriend Geno and has been moving from one hotel to another, ignoring the judge’s orders to stay away from each other.

June was arrested in March after cops found crack cocaine in her bag during a domestic dispute with Geno at a gas station in Alabama. Geno was also booked for felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in addition to facing charge for domestic violence/harassment.
