Michelle Keegan net worth: how much does Mark Wright’s wife earn?

Michelle Keegan has taken the acting world by storm and has jumped from role to role following her time on Coronation Street.

Having cut her teeth during her stint playing Tina McIntyre on the ITV soap , the hoop-wearing barmaid first appeared on our screens on 7 January 2008, and came to her end in 2014 after a run-in with Corrie’s Rob caused her to fall to her death on the cobbles.

Following Corrie, Michelle rose to an even higher level of fame after marrying former TOWIE star Mark Wright and becoming one of the nation's biggest power couples.

It is estimated that Michelle's net worth is around £2.7million, according to wealth management website, Spear’s, but just how has she earned such wealth?

How much does Michelle Keegan earn?

During her Corrie days, Michelle began to earn an impressive annual salary of £60,000 and her contract didn’t allow her to take part in any other deals aside from the soap.

After leaving the cobbles in 2014, Michelle went on to wow in various TV dramas.

The Manchester-born star was cast first as Tracy in 2015 in BBC television drama series Ordinary Lies, where she was reportedly paid £50,000, and then in 2016, Tina Moore in Tina and Bobby, an ITV drama about 1996 England World Cup hero Bobby Moore and his wife.

Perhaps her most distinguished role following barmaid Tina was her starring part in series 2 of BBC drama series Our Girl, as Corporal Georgie Lane.

Michelle was cast as Georgie Lane in 2016 and in April she revealed that she’d signed a contract for the fourth season of Our Girl, shown on BBC One’s Instagram of Michelle holding the script in a post captioned: “Georgie's back! We're so excited for new #OurGirl with @MichKeegan!”

Television aside, Michelle has modelled for various clothing and beauty brands, including Revlon makeup and high street fashion label Lipsy which is said to pay around £250,000 a year alone. She also endorses Garnier’s Ambre Solaria self-tanning products which reportedly earn her £150,000.

The star’s biggest fashion collaboration to date comes with fashion brand Very, where she has her own collection.

The Mirror estimated in 2015 Michelle scooped around £50,000 from personal appearances, which is sure to have increased dramatically since her profile has risen.

It sounds like there’s no stopping this glamorous and talented Manchester gal!
