Stacey Solomon has admitted she’s been left feeling “so lost” after the death of her dog Theo. She died aged 11 on Boxing Day morning as the Loose Women presenter shared the sad reminder of her loss.

Stacey shared the news in view of her 4.9 million followers today on Instagram.

She admitted she had died in their arms on Boxing Day morning after falling ill.

Taking to her stories, she admitted the loss had left her feeling “so lost”.

Stacey penned: “I can’t even begin to explain how lost I feel without her.”

She added: “I am so lost. Even going to the toilet and not having you at my feet.

“The doorbell goes and there’s no bark.

“I climbed into bed for the first time in 11 years and you weren’t jumping in with me.

“I’m so lost without you theo.”

Stacey continued: “I know how lucky I was to have you for 11 wonderful years but it still doesn’t feel enough.

“I love you darling girl.”

Stacey also posted a selection of memories with her beloved dog.

These included Theo playing with her son Rex as well as enjoying the garden at Pickle Cottage.

In a post marking her memory, Stacey shared what had happened to her dog.

She wrote: “Our hearts are broken.

“Yesterday at home in our arms we had to say goodnight to our Theo.

“11 wonderful years. We were so lucky to love you Fifi and we will never stop.

“My lap has never felt so empty.”

The presenter was inundated with support over the update with more than 600,000 people liking her tribute.

Among them were her Loose Women co-stars who shared their love.

Ruth Langsford penned: “Oh Stacey….I’m so, so sorry.

“Heartbroken doesn’t even come close. What a wonderful life she had with you all though….hold on tight to those memories.

“Sending you all love and a huge hug.”

Nadia Sawalha added: “Oh Stacey I’m so sorry darling xxx.”

Jane Moore wrote: “Hope the boys are ok. Sending love xx.”
