Prince Harry "brought his own security" from Los Angeles to attend the funeral of his late grandfather Prince Philip, according to The Telegraph.

The Duke of Sussex is said to have flown on a British Airways flight to Heathrow, where he is said to have been met by protection officers from the Metropolitan Police when he landed.

A senior policing source told the publication: "Like any high profile individual an assessment will be made to assess the risk and threat in the circumstances there will be no question that the Duke is afforded personal protection."

The 36 year old Royal will reportedly be accompanied by officers while he remains in the UK.

During the candid chat many revelations were made, including one where the Duchess claimed the Royal Family said their son Archie, now one, would not receive any security.

"In those months when I was pregnant, we had in tandem the conversations of him not being given security or a title, and also concerns about how dark his skin might be when he's born," she said.

Meghan added: "They didn't want him to be a prince or princess, not knowing what the gender would be, which would be different from protocol, and that he wasn't going to receive security."

Prince Harry also said he had no choice but to make multi-million pound deals with Netflix and Spotify to ensure his family can afford to keep safe.

Speaking about the lucrative agreements, he insisted to Oprah that they "didn't have a plan" and instead the route they took was "suggested by somebody else by the point of where my family literally cut me off financially, and I had to afford security for us."

He later added that his mum Princess Diana had left a sum of money, which they've been using in order to keep on their feet.

Prince Harry, who reportedly might delay his return to his wife after peace talks with William, said: "I've got what my mum left me, and without that, we would not have been able to do this."

He went on: "The biggest concern was that while we were in Canada, in someone else's house, and then I got told short notice that security was going to be removed.
