Lady Gaga offers $500k reward after dog walker gets shot and pets are stolen

Lady Gaga has offered a big reward after gunmen shot her dog walker in the chest four times and stole two of her pooches.

The singer is willing to pay £353,000 for their safe return with “no questions asked”.

Ryan Fischer, 30, was walking Koji, Miss Asia and Gustavo around 9.40pm on Wednesday when he was targeted by two men for her French Bulldogs.

The singer yesterday set up an email account for the stolen dogs, Koji and Gustavo, asking anyone with information to get in touch.

Miss Asia ran away and was later picked up by her bodyguard from the police station.

Last night, Fischer was described as being in a “serious” condition but doctors said he was “recovering well”.

LAPD Capt. Jonathan Tippet has since confirmed that Fischer was shot once but said he's expected to survive.

Police said it was too early to know if the incident “was a robbery” carried out by opportunists or related to local gangs. Videos at the scene in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, showed a man on the ground still clinging to Miss Asia.

Fischer appeared to be alert and talking to officers. He is expected to survive.

He had been caring for the three dogs while Lady Gaga, 34, was in Rome, Italy, working on a new movie. French Bulldogs have seen their demand increase with pedigree pups costing anywhere up to £6,500.

In 2014, the singer, real name Stefani Germanotta, posed with Miss Asia on the cover of US mag Harper’s BAZAAR.

She said: “She loves to sit with me when I record jazz. She just looks at me with her big ears.”

The singer's dad has spoken out about the shocking attack, telling the New York Post: ”We’re just sick over it, it’s really horrible.

”It’s like someone took one of your kids.”

He added: ”Our whole family is upset and praying Koji and Gustavo are not harmed. Shooting someone in order to steal dogs is wrong,” as he begged the public to ”help catch these creeps”.
