Bradley Walsh was left gob smacked when his Chaser Shaun Wallace decided to interrupt the show and start singing loudly – even showing off some dance moves during the episode.
On Monday's episode of The Chase, the latest batch of players – John, Tanya, Slavko and Siobhan – walked into the studio to try their luck at winning a hefty cash prize to take home.
However, they were quickly treated to a rather unexpected musical outburst from their Chaser during the episode – Shaun Wallace, the Dark Destroyer.
The four quiz hopefuls had expected to go head-to-head with the genius quizzer, but it appears they got more than they bargained for when Shaun started singing Bob Marley's 1973 song I Shot the Sheriff.
Treating the show like a karaoke session, Shaun began singing the lyrics: "I shot the sheriff, but I didn't shoot the deputy!" which had the four players in stitches.
Host Bradley on the other hand was far from impressed, proceeding to cross his arms in disapproval and ask him "What on earth are you doing!".
Shaun had wanted Bradley to join in and even suggested Bradley should have featured him on his album but Bradley savagely rejected him.
Bradley has released two studio albums – one called Chasing Dreams in 2016 and a follow-up record called When You're Smiling in 2017 – the former of which reached number 10 in the charts.
Shaun said: "Told you you should have had me on your album", but Bradley didn't respond and instead shot the camera a shocked look.
Shaun kept on performing and even busted out some air guitar as he danced away from his podium – with a red-faced Bradley standing in front of him looking quite puzzled.
However, the viewers at home were in hysterics at the moment with some even campaigning for Bradley to feature Shaun on one of his next albums.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: "The voice of a f**king angel that Shaun."
A second fan asked: "Bradley and Shaun collab album when?"
A third commented: "Bradley's on one again with Shaun" as they attached a cry-laughing face emoji.
Sadly, it appears that despite his passion for singing and dancing, the Dark Destroyer still found time to revise for the quiz as he knocked all of the players out later in the episode.
After John and Siobhan were booted off earlier in the show, just Tanya and Slavko remained with a total of £6,000 in the bank.
In the final round, though, Shaun chased them both down with 42 second on the clock, admitting the pair were "unlucky".
The Chase airs week days at 5pm on ITV.
