We’ve been teased a tell-all on Emmerdale where Mack finally comes clean to Charity (Emma Atkins), and now Lawrence Robb wants his character to fess up fast.

After a fight with Charity last year, Mack slept with Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) and although it was a one-night stand, she ended up pregnant.

However, the fact she’s now living under the same roof has left the love rat feeling like he’s about to crack with the weight of his secret.

Appearing on Lorraine on Tuesday, Lawrence spoke more about what he thinks might unfold soon.

‘I think he’s wanted to tell her for awhile and he’s been stuck in that dilemma for quite some time and there have always been things that have prevented him from doing so,’ he said.

‘He does love her and loves the family dynamic that being with Charity brings.’

But he added it will have to come to a head at some point.

‘I think he is kind of juggling all of that while keeping this huge big secret under wraps and I think it will come to a point where it all explodes. It always does,’ he explained.

Lawrence added that he ‘didn’t condone’ what his character did and ‘never will’.

A spoiler video for upcoming scenes revealed that the truth might be coming out soon.

In it, Mack admitted to his mate Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) that he needed to be truthful seeing as their wedding is being planned.

While Nate is comforting Mack, bride-to-be Charity walks in, accompanied by Chloe, ready to plan the perfect wedding day.

Previously speaking about the storyline, Emma thinks that once the cheating comes to light, the relationship will be over.

‘I shouldn’t imagine they’ll be able to stay together if and when it does come out. That’s a shame in a way as I love working with Lawrence,’ she said.

‘But who knows, maybe she would find it in her to forgive him. But at this point in time I can’t see that happening because Charity has put all of her trust in him.

‘So when it does come out I think it will be such a shock. And the word shock is probably going to be the understatement of the year.’

Lorraine airs weekdays at 9am on ITV.
