ITV's hit reality show, I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! has been hit with 605 Ofcom complaints.

Since the series made its epic return earlier this month, fans have been hooked to see what's been taking place on a nightly basis in the Australian jungle.

But last week a number aspects during the show left viewers unsettled, including the treatment of Conservative MP Matt Hancock.

During an episode which aired November 17, fans hit out at Boy George for comments made regarding the politician.

The singer appeared to make a jibe that viewers were unsettled by when comedian Seann Walsh joked about the "holiday" Matt was having while in camp.

Seann said: "Matt is having an absolute holiday here. Sat in that chair, has a sleep in that bed, then goes to the beach for the day."

Boy George quickly responded: "Can I just cut you off there, he still has to be Matt Hancock."

Throughout the week, the Culture Club star also made it known that he wasn't a fan of Matt and said he would "never" bow down to a Tory when the MP became the camp leader.

However fans also seemed to turn on Sue Cleaver and Chris Moyles who they felt may have been adding fuel to fire over the treatment of the former Health Secretary.

In addition to this, viewers were alarmed by Matt's presence in the jungle in the first place which also racked up the Ofcom complaints as they felt he shouldn't of made his way into the jungle.

At the time of reporting, the total number of complaints to Ofcom about this year's series to date is 3,287.
