Dr Hilary urged Britons to reconsider plans to sue the National Health Service (NHS) amid risks of collapse. The appeal comes as the NHS faces the risk of hundreds of staff being fired or quitting over rumoured plans to make the Covid jab mandatory by next spring. The Good Morning Britain contributor insisted the NHS “is not infallible” and warned legal action could leave it “bankrupt.”

An estimated 100,000 NHS staff have yet to take up the offer to receive the coronavirus vaccination.

Health Secretary Sajid Javid is expected to confirm jabs will become mandatory in the coming months.
