Strictly Come Dancing 2019: Fans slam judges as they fail to spot Karim Zeroual mistakes
Strictly Come Dancing stars Karim Zeroual and Amy Dowden performed their Quickstep from week seven as their judges pick. Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Bruno Tonioli gave the pair 40 but viewers at home disagreed and thought the performance was far from perfect as they flocked to Twitter to point out a handful of mistakes.
As the pair danced the routine for the last time, BBC viewers claimed Amy made some mistakes with her footwork and even missed a hop.
One remarked: “There was definitely a mistake in the middle for that, wasn’t there? #StrictlyFinal.”
“I’m positive there were mistakes in that Quickstep or is it just me?” another tweeted.
A third tweeted: “Awww Amy seemed really nervous in that. She seemed to make a few mistakes? Or was I seeing things?”

“I saw a mistake, Amy didn’t do a hop! #StrictlyFinal,” a fourth exclaimed.
The first time they performed the routine they received a mark of 39 but this time Craig joined his co-judges and gave the pair a 10.
Critiquing the dance, Shirley said: “First of all can I say what a way to open our show and celebrate our final.
“You definitely definitely had the eye of the tiger this evening you had everything to the footwork to the leg action no gapping beautiful frame.”
“Very impressive you were a star,” the head judge added.
Karim and Amy have scored consistently high with the judges but have failed to secure the public vote on two occasions.
The couple have found themselves in the dreaded dance-off twice and are the only finalists to have suffered this fate.
They are also the bookies least favourite couple to win the show ahead of tonight’s final.

Kelvin Fletcher is the odds-on favourite to win at 2/5, Emma Barton is in second place at 5/2 leaving Karim as the outside at 12/1.
Former Strictly professional Camilla Sacre-Dallerup has revealed the importance of connecting emotionally with a dance which could suggest why Karim won’t succeed in lifting the Glitterball Trophy.
Throughout the competition, Craig Revel Horwood has picked up on what he sees as a lack of emotional content in Karim’s dancing.
In week 10, following his contemporary routine, he critiqued: “There could have been a lot more story in that I think it’s lacking emotional talent I really do and this is to do with a lot of your dancing throughout this series.”

Could Karim’s emotional interpretation of his dances stop him from lifting the Glitterball Trophy?
In an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, Camilla explained: “Obviously, the steps are really important and making sure they’re right.
“But a lot of the time, it’s about like unlocking the emotion of the dance and getting that emotion right.”
“That can be really hard for people in life, unlocking your emotions and being able to be in touch with how you’re feeling,” the life coach continued.
Strictly Come Dancing’s Grand Final airs tonight on BBC One at 7.05pm.
