Super Bowl 2021 Tom Brady's ex Bridget Moynahan gushes she is 'so proud' of her baby daddy after seventh championship
TOM Brady's ex Bridget Moynahan gushed that she is "so proud" of her baby daddy after his seventh Super Bowl championship.
The quarterback became the oldest NFL player to bring his team to the ultimate victory at the age of 43.
Following Tom's epic victory last night, Bridget took to Instagram on Sunday night to praise her baby daddy.
Along with a picture of him in his uniform, she wrote: "I am pretty sure I am not the only one from #patriotsnation celebrating @buccaneers."
She finished the post with #superbowl #greatgame #strong #soproud #55.
Bridget and Tom dated from 2004 to 2006.
By the time they had gone their separate ways and Tom had met Gisele Bundchen, Bridget was pregnant but unaware of her condition until much later.
She gave birth to their son, Jack, who is now 13 years old.
Tom went on to marry Gisele in 2009 and they had two kids together: Benjamin, 11, and Vivian, 10.
Gisele and Bridget actually get along very well but it hard for the three of them to come to terms with the situation back in 2006.
Tom was there for Jack since the beginning, but Bridget did add he wasn't always there for the former couple.
"He was there on that day and came in afterwards," she said. "He certainly wasn’t holding my hand while I pushed."
Brady likewise echoed Bridget's thoughts, saying Gisele didn't take it so lightly either.
"It was very hard for [Gisele] to think she fell in love with this guy, and now this guy’s ex-girlfriend’s pregnant," Brady told Howard Stern.
"And it was very challenging for my son’s mom because she didn’t envision that either."
"I felt like I didn’t know what to do. It was one of those moments where like, do I run away?" Bundchen herself said about the odd situation in 2015.
"Now, eight years later, I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter bonus child."
Apparently, Gisele and Bridget have gotten much closer over the years as Jack grew older.
"Gisele and Bridget now actually talk as much as Tom and Bridget, if not more," said a friend of the family.
Last night, Tom led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 31-9 victory against last year’s champion Kansas City Chiefs in their home Raymond James Stadium in Florida.
Of course, Gisele and his three kids were there to celebrate alongside him as they hugged and kissed in the middle of the field.
