The Chase’s Bradley Walsh left red-faced as Shaun mocks his BoJo impression

The Chase presenter Bradley Walsh was left red-faced during Thursday's programme after his comedic impression of Prime Minister Boris Johnson failed to land.

Bradley was assisting contestant Joy in her face-off against chaser Shaun Wallace – AKA The Dark Destroyer – in order to score a tasty £8,000.

And Joy was asked who was the author behind the 2014 book The Churchill Factor – and thankfully, she'd already read it, so knew the answer was Boris Johnson.

"It was a good book, actually!" Joy remarked, as Bradley congratulated her on her correct answer.

He joked: "That's the answer we were looking for, yes," in an uncanny impression of Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

But Shaun quickly put him to rights, as he snapped: "Sounded nothing like him."

Bradley was left desperately backtracking from his admission, as he said: "That was me doing Tony Blair with a mouthful of marbles!"
